Shipping Policy

Please note:
Orders are dispatched between 10–14 business days after your purchase is placed. This timeframe is for the preparation and packaging of your items.

For Urgent 'Ready to Go' items, dispatch occurs within 1–2 business days.

When selecting your shipping option, keep in mind that total delivery time = Dispatch Time + Shipping Time
(e.g. 10 business days for dispatch + 4 business days for shipping = approx. 14 business days total)

Tracking: Most services include tracking; however, Economy Air and Economy Sea options may not.

Return & Exchange Policy

We kindly ask that you choose carefully, as the majority of our pieces are made to order. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Due to the delicate, event-specific nature of our items—often created for one-time use—returns or exchanges are not possible. While our “in stock” numbers indicate how many pieces can be crafted from our current selection of stems, each order is custom cut and assembled specifically for you.

If you'd like to customize or modify a design, we’re more than happy to accommodate wherever possible—please reach out prior to placing your order.

Any changes to an existing online order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Damaged Goods
If for some reason your item should arrive damaged. Please Contact Us as soon as possible with images so we can discuss the best and most suitable way we can rectify the issue.

Faulty Goods

At JW Weddings, we are deeply committed to quality and take immense pride in the craftsmanship of each floral piece. Every arrangement is thoughtfully created and meticulously inspected by 3 dedicated team members to ensure it meets our highest standards.

However, in the rare situation where there may be a faulty product you have purchased with us online we will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Protection/ACCC.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Flowers For Ever After will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note, refund or repair where:

-The product is not of acceptable quality in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act
-The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
-The product does is not as described
