Shipping & returns at JW Weddings Australia is convenient and transparent.
We ship by our trusted carrier Australia Post to securely and smoothly deliver your dream wedding florals promptly and with no stress. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy
For custom, orders are dispatched between 10–14 business days after your purchase is placed, unless advised otherwise in writing. This timeframe is for florals procurement, preparation and packaging of your items.
For 'Ready-to-dispatch' items, we will ship in 1–2 business days.
When selecting your shipping option, keep in mind that total delivery time = Dispatch Time + Shipping Time
(e.g. 10 business days for dispatch + 4 business days for shipping = approx. 14 business days total)
If you need a rush order, are ordering near public holidays, or believe shipping has not been calculated correctly, please reach out via our Contact Us page—we’re happy to help.

We ship by Australia Post standard registered shipping from our Melbourne studio.

International Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on your location and distance from major metro areas:​
Tracking: Most services include tracking; however, Economy Air and Economy Sea options may not.
Duties & Taxes: Please check your country’s import regulations, as any duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you'd like to customise or modify a design you see across our website or socials, we’re more than happy to accommodate wherever possible—please reach out prior to placing your order. However, please note that with customisation, we expend time and effort in designing the product, cutting stems, procuring raw materials for your order.

With BOTH ready-to-order and custom products, we will send photographs of the product(s) to you by the phone number and/or email address you provide. Please advise asap if you have any queries or concerns with the products in the photographs as we will dispatch after 24 hours of sending these photographs.
As our disclaimer states, with our ready-to-order designs, we endeavour to match your piece to the photographs. However, if we are unable to procure the exact same element, we will make the best substitution to keep the overall colour palette, theme and design as close to the photographs as possible.

Any changes to an existing online order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Change of Mind
​
We kindly ask that you choose carefully, as we do not offer a refund for change of mind on any customised product (even minor customisation on a ready-to-order).
For ready-to-order pieces, we can offer a refund or exchange for change of mind within 5 calendar days of delivery. If the carrier attempts delivery and the parcel is returned to a depot or post office, then the 5 calendar days begins elapsing from the time of collection of the parcel.
- Customer must notify JW Weddings within 5 calendar days, with order number, reason for return, photographs of the products as received.​​
- goods must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
- goods must be unused.
- Customer is responsible for costs of return shipping of goods to JW Weddings Australia by registered postage.
- Once customer notifies JW Weddings Australia within 5 days of receiving the goods that they wish to return for a refund or exchange, they have 5 days to return the goods in its original, unused state with all packaging and tags by registered postage.
- PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 30 DAYS between placing the order with us and delivery to your specified address. We will not provide a refund if your goods do not arrive in time for your wedding and you did not allow at least 30 days between order date and your Wedding Day.
- PLEASE ENSURE the correct delivery address is specified when you place your order. If you have requested delivery to the wrong location / subsequently require your florals to be redirected, this is not a valid reason for refund of your order.

Damaged Goods
If for some reason your item should arrive damaged. Please Contact Us as soon as possible with order number and clear photographs of the goods as received so we can discuss the best and most suitable way we can rectify the issue.
- Please note, bent stems or slightly squashed flowers/leaves are not damaged. You can gently straighten these out by hand

Faulty Goods
​
At JW Weddings, we are deeply committed to quality and take immense pride in the craftsmanship of each floral piece. Every arrangement is thoughtfully created and meticulously inspected by 3 dedicated team members to ensure it meets our highest standards.
However, in the rare situation where there may be a faulty product you have purchased with us online we will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Protection/ACCC.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, JW Weddings Australia will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note, refund or repair where:
-The product is not of acceptable quality in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act
-The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
-The product does is not as described
